The mission of Franciscan Effect is to bring Christian music to Franciscan University and the surrounding area. The digital audio lab has been used in the past for talents such as musicians, comedians, speakers, and various Christian celebrities.
Below are highlighted examples of projects we have been a part of in the past.
“Merry Christmas, George Bailey!”
Last November, our station worked closely with Franciscan University’s Drama department to livestream their radio dramatization of “Merry Christmas, George Bailey!”
Our broadcasted production reached the ears of over 500 national and international listeners. We reached individuals from all over the United States and including countries like China, Russia, and Austria! (According to Google Analytics)
A recording of the production has also been issued to EWTN radio station which will be streaming the performance as a Christmas special.
Franciscan Effect Coffeehouses
Franciscan Effect Coffeehouses’ feature the best student voices on Franciscan University’s campus, with talented young artists who sung or strummed their hearts out live on the air!
25th Anniversary Open House
In Celebration of our 25th year of broadcasting, Franciscan Effect hosted an open house to thank all our listeners for their participation and loyalty. Without our supporters, our work would not be possible.
